Coil-Pallet Lifter This device can lift palletized coils up to 33,000 pounds or eye-horizontal coils up to 100,000 pounds. The pallet forks and coil lifting pads are motorized to permit changeover on-the-fly or when used on a cab-operated crane. When lifting pallets, a set of motorized coil restrictors are lowered to prevent tall coils from shifting on the pallet. Sensors detect when either type of load is lifted to prevent accidental opening of the legs while carrying a coil. Other sensors and indicator lights aid the operator in aligning the lifter with the coil or pallet. Numerous coil protection features are also included. The unit shown has the motor control enclosure attached to the grab. This enclosure can also be mounted to the crane.

LinClamp Linear Clamp or Brake. The LinClamp can ordered Active or Passive. It can be used as a clamp or a brake, but must be known at time of order. The LinClamp is used on standard rail sizes of 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 55, and 65.m
PClamp Rod Clamp. A single PClamp can achieve 25,200 N with 4 Bar or 36,000 N with 6 Bar. They are used with 20, 25, or 40 mm rods. The Pclamp are designed for static clamping and are passive (no air = clamped). PClamps can be combined to achieve higher forces.
RotoClamp (Inside Grip) RotoClamp is ideal for rotary position clamping in axes, tables, and swivel heads of machines. They can be manufactured to be active (with air) or passive (w/o air) to clamp. A single inside grip RotoClamp can achieve an elastic holding torque of 5,880 Nm at 4 Bar and 8,400 Nm at 6 Bar. RotoClamps are stackable to get higher holding forces. A DiskClamp model is available for E-Stop applications.
RotoClamp (Outside Grip) RotoClamp is ideal for rotary position clamping in axes, tables, and swivel heads of machines. They can be manufactured to be active (with air) or passive (w/o air) to clamp. A single outside grip RotoClamp can achieve an elastic holding torque of 3,800 Nm at 4 Bar and 5,500 Nm at 6 Bar. RotoClamps are stackable to get higher holding force.
